View our 6 month rates in the box below. There are a designated number of 6 month sites throughout the Resort. These sites are only located in the Orange and Blue Sections. Motorhomes, 5th wheels, and travel trailers are allowed on 6 month sites – there is no RV type restriction.

6 Month Rates
May 1 - November 1- Lease includes [4] car decals, electrical service, cable TV, water, sewer, garbage pickup twice daily, mowing, weed eating, and Resort entertainment and activities throughout the year. PLEASE NOTE: Lease does not include Internet & WiFi access – this must be set up separately through Spectrum, similar to how you would set up internet at your home.
- Orange or Blue Section Standard: $9120
- Orange or Blue Section Premium: $9932
- Golf Cart Registration Fee: $25 [1] golf cart per site (electric)

9 Month Additional Fees
Golf Cart Registration Fee: $25 [1] golf cart per site (electric)
Electric (billed monthly): per kw usage
On Site Storage (December – February): $150 per month.
