Because the Park is closed during Christmas, we go all out and celebrate one weekend in July! Come join us as we are sure to have a visit from Santa and his elves, campsite decorating contests, and our annual awesome 50/50 Raffle. Who knows what else will be on the agenda, but we will be sure to keep you in the know!

Still the best option for oceanfront camping. Prices have skyrocketed and service has decreased drastically with new ownership (decreased monitoring, decreased trash pickup, contracted mowers who could care less about your camper, and no gate staff for longer periods of time). You still can't beat the proximity to water, nice layout, and ease of access. There are huge coupon deals online, don't pay full price!

We stayed in site 56 with our fifth wheel. Our site was very unlevel but very spacious, with a 4 minute walk to the beach. The pool is beautiful and clean and great for small kids. Only rating 4/5 stars because of the price per night and the price for the washing machines/dryer was steep for what you get.

My husband and I loved staying here. It was right near the beach and everything was so clean. The bathhouses were so clean and the area was so quiet. The pool was also beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly. And it was so easy for us to bike to local restaurants and sights. We will definitely go again!

Great Oceanfront RV Resort in Emerald Isle, NC! Beach access is great, nice pool, great location close to bike path, ice cream/candy shop, restaurants & shopping. Everything is clean and well kept. Very nice modern laundry room and very nice bathhouse. They have some activities and food trucks by the pool and a snack bar at the beach. They had live music at a pavilion on the weekend. My only complaint is they didn’t mention anything about the activities or events when we checked in or the app that would have told us about events. So if we didn’t stumble on them we wouldn’t have known about them. We found out about the app the day we left. Check in was a little confusing at first as to where to pull off and stop on the through road before the entrance to the park. It was also is a little tight/tricky getting in and out with Big Rigs but doable. Our site was a little small but we did have a view of the ocean from our site and didn’t spend much time at the site so it wasn’t a big deal. They have permanent sites here, but I have to say they are the nicest permanent sites I’ve ever seen. All have nice skirting and decks around them, nice landscaping, very well kept and are pretty much in their own section with the transients in their own section. We really liked that! Our only other complaint was that they had a crew mowing dead dry grass that didn’t need to be mowed. It was windy & dry and They were mowing on all sites and blowing dirt and sand all over all of our stuff, vehicles and rv’s. That didn’t make much sense!

Love this place! We stayed in lot 16Y in our RV, directly next to beach access. About a 2 minute walk to the beach. We brought our bikes and enjoyed riding the miles of bike trail Emerald Isle has to offer. Holiday Trav-L-Park Resort is wonderfully located to easily ride bikes to grocery store, shopping and entertainment. Go Carts across the street from the entrance and a water park a few minutes down the road. We also had our dog with us and found the park to be very dog friendly. 🐕 Staff also very friendly and helpful. Great experience all around. I would definitely recommend.
