Booking Your Camping Reservations with HTP Resort

A valid credit card is required for camping reservations. There will be a one night charge applied to your credit card at the time you make your reservation and a confirmation will be given to you via email.
There is a CANCELLATION policy prior to your arrival. You can view the details of this policy on the Cancellation Policy tab below. No refunds for early departure or weather related issues with the exception of a mandatory evacuation of the island.
If camping reservations are made for a Friday arrival and delayed to a Saturday arrival, the Friday night must be paid for in order to keep the original site. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Camping reservations must be paid with Cash, Travelers Checks, Visa or MasterCard. These are the only forms of payment we accept for our camping reservations! WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
Cancellations or changes made to camping reservations at least 14 days prior to arrival date will incur a $50.00 admin fee.
Cancellations or changes made to camping reservations less than 14 days prior to arrival date will incur a $50.00 admin fee plus a one night fee.
If you are expecting visitors during your stay or have people in your party that are arriving late, please advise us at the time of check-in. If you let us know ahead of time, we will leave them an HTP Visitor Pass to pick up when they arrive. If you do not let us know ahead of time, any person(s) arriving after check-in will be considered a visitor.
Visitors must obtain a Walk-In Pass at the Resort Office. There is a $5.00 deposit per visitor. If their stay is less than (1) hour, the deposit will be refunded. If their stay is over (1) hour, the deposit will be forfeited. If you have any questions about our Visitor Policy, please call the Resort Office at 252-354-2250.
Please Note: The Holiday Trav-L-Park Resort is private property. Entrance to the Resort is not allowed without official check-in at the Resort Office. If our staff finds that your visitors have not paid to enter the park, you will be asked to leave without a refund of your stay.
Pets are welcome at The Holiday Trav-L-Park Resort, but there are a few rules that must be followed to insure a good time and safety for everyone:
- A $5.00 charge per pet/per night, no matter the size or weight, is required at the time of check-in.
- PET RESTRICTIONS: NO PIT BULLS
- Pet owners of larger dogs, ie. German Shepherds, Doberman’s, Great Danes, Rottwilers, etc. are required to sign a waiver in the resort office.
- Pets are allowed in the full hookup and water & electric sections of the park, but ARE NOT PERMITTED in the no hookup areas (primitive tent sites).
- Pets must be leased at all times.
In consideration of others, please clean up after your pet(s). This is our #1 guest complaint. Cleaning up after your pet will help all guests feel welcomed and happy. It will also help our park stay clean! At no time should your pet be left unattended. Should the need arise, there is a nearby veterinarian and kennel.
